Invited participants must confirm participation by January 16, 2004, and submit their opinion papers by March 1, 2004. Submission of an opinion paper is required for reimbursement of expenses.

A limited number of positions for additional individuals is also available. Persons interested in participating should express their interest by contacting the Workshop Organizers and submitting an opinion paper by February 6, 2004. The additional participants will be chosen based on the applicability of the views expressed in the opinion papers submitted.
