International Attendees

Please complete the following form to request a letter of invitation to the 3rd International Conference on Advances in Experimental Structural Engineering.

Once this form is received, PEER will prepare your invitation letter and send it to you via email. If requested, we can also send you a copy via airmail to the provided address. Letters cannot be e-mailed or sent directly to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. PEER cannot intervene on behalf of invitees with the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. If you are unable to obtain a Visa, cancellations must be received in writing to PEER at peer_center@berkeley.edu no later than September 10, 2009 to receive a refund of registration fees. Cancellations received after September 10, 2009 will not be eligible for any refund. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. We recommend you apply for a visa if required well in advance of your conference travel dates.
