Taking BART to Sibley Lecture Hall in the Bechtel Building
The Downtown Berkeley BART station is just 1-1/2 blocks west of the UC Berkeley campus. Get off at the Downtown Berkeley Station, walk to the corner of Center and Shattuck Avenue. Taxis are available here.
UC Daytime Shuttles from downtown Berkeley to the campus perimeter leave from the corner of Shattuck Avenue and Addison Street approximately every 20 minutes. You want to take the Perimeter Shuttle to the North Gate stop. Cost is $1.00. Alternatively, it is about a 10-minute walk through the campus, and up the hill, to Sibley Lecture Hall in the Bechtel Building. Shuttle information.
BART is a good alternative. The Downtown Berkeley station is the closest and there is a convenient daytime shuttle that goes to campus.
Parking
There is no parking available on Campus during business hours. Parking is extremely difficult. There are 2 public lots somewhat near campus about a 20 minute walk.

- – Sather Gate Garage - 2450 Durant Street, between Dana and Telegraph Streets.
