The 2015 Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC) Convention will be held in Seattle, Washington, September 9-12. SEAOC is excited to be designing an annual convention that will be rich in technical content; professional development; and in the tradition of a SEAOCC (Central Section) hosted convention, a lot of hospitality and fun interspersed. SEAOC members have a unique opportunity to join with fellow structural engineers from Washington, Oregon, Vancouver BC, and other Western States. SEAOC is anticipating one of the largest attended conventions in the last 50 years.

SEAOC is encouraging younger members to come experience Seattle with a special sub-theme of “The Next Generation of SEAOC” by offering some special activities and educational opportunities geared toward future structural engineers. Plans for 2015 also include a design competition for Young Members on Saturday.
