NGA-East is a multi-disciplinary research project coordinated by PEER with an objective to develop a new ground motion characterization (GMC) model for the Central and Eastern North-American (CENA) region. The project follows the SSHAC (Senior Seismic Hazard Analysis Committee) Level 3 guidelines.
