Eleven Undergraduate Students Selected to Participate in the PEER 2011 Summer Internship Program

Eleven undergraduates from universities across the country were selected to participate in the PEER 2011 Summer Internship. During the program they will participate in state-of-the-art research at one of the host sites: University of Washington, UC Davis, UC Berkeley, or the San Francisco Planning & Urban Research Association (SPUR). They will start their 10-week summer research experience at their host research site on June 13, 2011, and will finish on August 24, 2011. The interns will present their research projects during a poster session at the 2011 PEER Annual Meeting in the fall.

Funding for this year’s internship program comes as a part of PEER’s REU Site Award from the National Science Foundation (NSF), with additional funding from the PEER Center.
