PEER has just published Report No. 2011/104 titled “Design and Instrumentation of the 2010 E-Defense Four-Story Reinforced Concrete and Post-Tensioned Concrete Buildings” as a new addition to the PEER Report Series. It was authored jointly by the Japanese Research team (including Takuya Nagae, Kenichi Tahara, Taizo Matsumori, Hitoshi Shiohara, Toshimi Kabeyasawa, Susumu Kono, and Minehiro Nishiyam) and the U.S. Research Team (including John Wallace, Wassim Ghannoum, Jack Moehle, Richard Sause, Wesley Keller, and Zeynep Tuna).
