California Department of Transportation, Division of Engineering Services, Structure and Geotechnical Research Technical Advisory Panels (STAP/GTAP) invites submission of seismic research proposals by September 12, 2011 through the webpage at: http://www.dot.ca.gov/rpm

Public agencies, and researchers from public universities are welcomed to submit research proposals to respond to the Department advertised problem statements. These research proposals will be carefully considered and may be used to develop and plan future research activities, including the development of research contracts.
