PEER has just published Report No. 2011/01 titled “Demand Fragility Surfaces for Bridges in Liquefied and Laterally Spreading Ground” as a new addition to the PEER Report Series. It was authored by Scott J. Brandenberg, Jian Zhang, Pirooz Kashighandi, Yili Huo, and Minxing Zhao of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. The research and report were sponsored PEER’s Lifelines Program.
