The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat is making two new staff appointments, in conjunction with
the College of Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago.

1. Research & Working Groups Manager
The Research & Working Groups Manager will initiate and spearhead a new CTBUH Research Division, compiling research proposals in conjunction with relevant partners, leveraging research funding, coordinating multi/cross-disciplinary tall building research, and eventually leading a team of researchers. In addition, the successful candidate will support, manage and coordinate the CTBUH working groups, which consist of professionals from within the CTBUH membership focused on specific disciplinary areas of tall buildings.

2. Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management and operation of headquarters offi ce
systems, including: accounting responsibility for Council fi nances (including accounting software); all
aspects of CTBUH membership; keeping physical and electronic records; personnel/human resources
support; providing support to the Executive Director, staff and CTBUH Leaders internationally;
coordinating meetings and correspondence; representing the Council at international events, etc.
