E-Defense Registration Site
E-Defense has just set up a Web site for registration to attend NEES/E-Defense Planning Meeting. Previously it was though that this would not be needed, but they need some specific information to prepare for the meeting. You will be asked to provide information on the following issues:
- – Names of any accompanying persons
- – Indicating whether you would take their limousine to E-Defense, etc.
- – Selecting vegetarian food or not
- – Registering to attend Banquet
- – Paying for Banquet if attending (10000 yen)
Shown below is the registration site address. You need to set up an account and then register following directions very carefully. It does mention registering for the hotel, but their are no rooms available even if they say they will make reservations.
